Join us for a 1 hour journey into sound meditation, where you’ll actively engage with sound as a tool for deep relaxation, mental clarity, and contemplation. While terms like sound baths, sound therapy, and sound journeys are often used, we emphasize sound meditation to invite your active participation and intentional listening throughout.
This practice harnesses the vibrational power of various instruments—Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, drums, and more—to help guide you into a state of profound relaxation. Together, we'll explore mindful breathing, vocal toning (gentle humming and wordless sounds), and practices to support a meditative, contemplative state.
During this experience, the sounds will help bring your mind and body into balance, releasing tension and encouraging restfulness. Allow the vibrations to gently influence your brain’s rhythms, enhancing relaxation and preparing you for restful sleep and more vivid dreams.
