QI heart mind practice
Integrating the earth and the heaven in the human body following simple qigong forms, breath and visualization, we move through rocks, water and air. Cultivating Qi heart mind you will gain strength, flexibility, peace of mind and the balance of Yin & Yang.
JING body earth practice
Grounding earth Yin body qigong, connecting and cultivating energy from the earth elements, fire, water and wind merging Qi into our body. Cultivating Jing body essence you will feel vitality.
