Our Mission
At Qi, we teach traditional Qigong in a way that fits modern city life.
Our purpose is simple:
Help people feel better in their bodies calmer, clearer, and more alive using practices that actually work in everyday life.
With focus on: Nervous system regulation, Breath and posture awareness, Gentle strength and mobility, Emotional and Physical balance, Sustainable energy cultivation
Unlike fitness classes that push harder, or meditation that asks you to sit still for too long, Qigong restores balance through natural movement and awareness. This is not performance, it a space for being human.
Each class blends instruction and personal exploration.
You’ll be guided step-by-step so you always know what to do but never rushed or corrected in a way that feels uncomfortable. The goal is awareness, not perfection.
A Respectful, Comfortable Environment
Qi is intentionally small and calm.
No mirrors. No loud music. No competition.
You can participate quietly, ask questions, or simply observe until ready.
Its a place and practice for all people.
We offer variety of lineages from the ancient practices of Qigong and Tai Chi, Meditation and special workshops alongside our regular daily classes.

Walking into the studio feels different from the street outside as you go through the reception area the pace drops. Your breathing changes. Your attention returns to the present moment.
You don’t need experience, flexibility, or special clothing - just curiosity.

Led by experienced Teachers who know how to hold space, share knowledge, and make everyone safe and practice within their ability while always guiding to expand their ability and safely push their limits of mind and body.
Our instructors are trained to teach and share knowledge in a clear, grounded, non-performative and very welcoming to beginners and all people.

Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.
